Sound Rush first album finally available!

After spending the year spoofing Hard Music hotshots, the duo Sound Rush finally reveals his first album. As a matter of fact, even if the twins have already livened up crowds of tens of thousands people on renowned scenes not to mention they’ve already collaborated with artists just as famous, they had never released an album per se. It is therefore on November 5th that “Brothers” was released, after a somewhat unusual promotional summer tour.

Initially planned for mid-July, the album signed with Art of Creation comprises ten tracks tracing back the musical history of Sound Rush. Conceived as a souvenir photo album, each title encapsulates an important moment of the twins’ lives, as if it were a freeze-frame. An idea that we actually find on the album cover as well as the singles constituting it.

Their solo titles, suffused with strong emotion, highlight the importance of Hard Music and their mentors in their lives. Indeed, the influence of Wildstylez and Headhunterz, founders of the label Art of Creation, is omnipresent in the album. For You, a true ode to Hard Music, is somewhat reminiscent of Psychedelic. As to Brothers, it is a pure declaration of brotherly love.

Nonetheless, what makes the beauty of this album is that it’s not a one-man job. Several cherished artists to the twins have joined them for collaborations sometimes filled with emotions and euphoria, sometimes with high energy. On the one hand, Da Tweekaz and their wild energy create the euphoric atmosphere of Thunder while on the other hand KELTEK brings a dark side to One of Us. The twins step out of their comfort zones by offering highly energetic titles by reaching out for D-Sturb’s help and his powerful kicks that we can find in Embracing the Madness. As for Villain, he brings his experience as an MC by injecting an epic flair to Infinite Skies.

The year 2020 has been so chaotic vis-à-vis the event industry, and yet Sound Rush managed to find an original alternative for his promotional tour initially planned at the Poppodium 013 (Tilburg, Netherlands) and postponed to January. That’s how they ended up roaming the European roads with the Camper Tour last August, bringing their showcase to their fans’ houses… in an RV! And the cherry on top? They also hit back the road in order to hand over in person 10 albums to fans who had pre-ordered it.

You can already find the full digital album on all usual music platforms as well as the YouTube channel of the label Art of Creation. And if you were going to use the album to create a domino effect, you’ll need to brace yourselves and be patient for the stock to be refilled!
